Terms of use

1. Provider

2. The service

Qaddi organises a home's groceries and chores and shares them between the family and the people who help. We don't sell or deliver products; shopping happens outside the app.

3. Subscription and free trial

• 14-day free trial for the household owner. Helpers never pay.
• Then SAR 14.99 a month or SAR 129 a year, including 15% VAT.
• Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).

4. Your use

You're responsible for your household's content and who you invite. Don't use Qaddi to monitor or harm anyone or for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Liability

We work to keep Qaddi running, but it's provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for purchase decisions or for anything missed on a list.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies.
